The candidate will create, manage, and execute day-to-day social media strategy, content, and campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Plan weekly, monthly and quarterly content calendar for social media posts, Set specific objectives and report on ROI. Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. Monitor paid campaigns. Track and measure marketing effectiveness across channels. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information. Bachelor's degree is required. BA/BS degree in Marketing or relevant field is required. Should have 5+ years’ experience in managing a Marketing Team. Should have 3+ years of Marketing experience. Proven work experience as a social media manager is required. Spanish skills are required.
