Real Estate Transactional Associate

The candidate should have 3-6 years of experience to join their Real Estate and Commercial Development. Should have experience in real estate acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and disposition, reviewing title and survey, obtaining title insurance, handling closings, and drafting purchase and sale contracts, easement agreements, and declarations of restrictive covenants. Must be licensed in North Carolina, have strong academic credentials, and possess excellent drafting skills. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice is preferred.
