Senior International Tax Analyst

The candidate will execute and collaborate in all aspects of the corporate income tax function, with a focus on international tax aspects of accounting for income taxes and tax compliance, in addition to transfer pricing. Coordinate and guide non-US subsidiaries on internal and external reporting objectives. Prepare workpapers and calculations to complete forms 5471, 8858 and other international tax forms. Coordinate with company subsidiaries in the collection of tax data and report packaged for compliance and tax provision work. Assist with quarterly/annual income tax provision calculations and documentation according to ASC 740 utilizing OneSource Tax Provision. Reconcile tax payable and deferred tax account balances. Assist in the implementation of process improvements. Support tax planning initiatives, transfer pricing and special projects as needed. Bachelor’s degree of Science or better in Accounting or related field is required. Master’s degree in Tax or LL.M. is a plus. Should have 3-5 years of Corporate tax experience at a large corporate organization or a Big Four accounting firm. Should be certified Public Accountant or better.
