Golden Valley office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 5+ years of litigation experience. The candidate will prepare pleadings and ancillary correspondence for all phases of litigation. Conduct motion practice and attend court when required during the litigation lifecycle. Effectively and responsively communicate with the firm's clients, opposing counsel, opposing parties, and court staff. Conduct legal research required to make successful legal arguments and recommendations to the firm's clients. Document account/file activity in accordance with the firm and client policies and procedures. Attend continuing education classes, webinars, and seminars to remain current and well-informed of any local, state, or federal changes in the law, rules of court, or court procedures. Provide guidance and training to administration staff. A portable book of business is preferred. Must be in good standing and qualified to practice law in the State of Minnesota.
