Digital Learning Designer
The candidate will work closely and collaboratively with both business and technical teams to develop ideas and gather and utilize user feedback that is translated into engaging digital learning solutions. Assess learning needs and audiences, and partner with I.T trainers to develop blended learning solutions. Assess learning needs and design, develop, and implement learning solutions in close partnership with the business owners, project managers and I.T. teams Develop learning solutions using rapid eLearning, animation, and video design software. Develop and maintain micro-learning solutions. Collaborate with I.T. Trainers in the design of blended learning programs to enhance the retention, transfer, and application of knowledge and skills to specific roles, performance, and outcomes. Ensure adult learning principles and systematic instructional design are applied to create learning solutions that best fits the needs of the learner. Continuously monitor and solicit feedback on all digital training programs and materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness while driving enhancement and improved adoption. Identify user interface designs that best match program delivery needs, define outcomes, and establish evaluation measures and success metrics to ensure an optimal end-user experience. Continuously assess adult training and learning industry trends, best practices, new technologies, and emerging innovations and devise recommendations and plans on how to leverage at Proskauer. Maintain the Firm’s Learning Management System. Bachelor’s Degree is required; preferably with background in adult learning, instructional design, educational technology or similar. Should have 5+ years of proven digital learning design experience.
