Vice President Compliance
Duties: Using vision, mission, purpose and values as the foundation, the VP-Compliance will, in consultation with the CCO, develop and implement PosiGen’s Compliance Program. Assist in creating and refining written policies and procedures and developing training. Assist the CCO with PosiGen’s day-to-day compliance and risk management efforts through coordination with other executives and departments. Assist in formulating compliance goals before refining them into attainable objectives that PosiGen can implement and benefit from. Assist CCO with monitoring compliance with policy/process with the aim of detecting and preventing misconduct and mitigating risks.
