Compliance Officer

The candidate will analyzes health care laws and regulations and serves as a subject matter expert and key resource to Ministry leaders and Compliance, Audit and Risk Management colleagues on federal and state regulatory compliance matters. Works collaboratively on often complex regulatory compliance matters. Provides guidance in compliance areas, such as Fraud and Abuse, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, Conflicts of Interest, HIPAA, MACRA and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.
