The candidate will use feedback and reflection to develop self awareness, personal strengths and address development areas. Use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from from current trends in business area. Review the work and that of others for quality, accuracy and relevance. Able to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. Bachelor’s Degree is required. Should have 3+ year(s) of experience. Experience using ETL (Extract, Transform and Load), and having experience with SQL, Alteryx, Power Query and / or other agile technologies is preferred. Experience leading analytic teams that have created and applied analytic frameworks to solve complex business problems is a plus. Exposure to data from accounting systems application such as SAP, Oracle / PeopleSoft, JD Edwards etc. is preferred. Possessing knowledge of business intelligence & data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik) is needed.
