Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a flexible, hardworking, team player to join the Events Team as an Event Administrator. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive Administrator to assist in supporting all aspects of event administration, from handling venue enquiries and bookings through to pre and post event delivery. The role will encompass a wide range of both internal and external University event activities operating both face-to-face and online, which will require clear communication, both written and verbal, excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail. You must have demonstrable events administrative experience including enquiry handling and processing. You must be able to work under pressure whilst successfully administering and delivering a variety of events and conferences on time and on budget. The ability to prioritise and organise your own workload on a day-to-day basis and problem solve diplomatically whilst delivering excellent customer service are also essential. You should also possess, or demonstrate an aptitude to develop, technical skills important to the organisation of online events.
