Duties:

• Assist clients with estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and probate issues.
• Draft and review estate planning documents, such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives.
• Provide legal advice to clients regarding estate planning strategies and asset protection.
• Manage and oversee the administration of estates and trusts.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
• Represent clients in probate court and handle related legal proceedings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Nebraska.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning laws, regulations, and best practices.
