The candidate will review of various transactional matters related to acquisitions and start-up businesses, such as due diligence, document review and regulatory filings. Prepare, edit, and revise a wide variety of contracts and correspondence. Collaborate with facility and operations staff to address legal questions. Research applicability of laws, regulations, and other requirements. Represent Legal Department as needed on special projects, meetings, etc. Responsible for support related to litigation, mediation, and responses to complaints. Renewing and maintaining company licensing. Drafting, filing and managing various business entity documents for corporations, LLCs and partnerships with State agencies. Evaluate and apply relevant business policies and procedures.
