Participate on special projects in various areas of flow through and corporate taxation, and implications to owners. Assist in the preparation of hedge fund investment partnership, private equity partnership and management company partner allocations and K-1 information. Develop recommendations for the client to consider and share with leadership to discuss and strategize. Communicate and team with specialty tax practices on complicated tax matters in the state and local, high net worth, international, research and development along with credits and incentives areas. Learn and grow from direct on the job coaching and mentoring along with participating in firm wide learning and development programs.
