A law firm seeks a talented Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team in Golden, Colorado. This defense-oriented civil litigation firm handles a wide range of practice areas, including construction litigation, Section 1983 litigation, and catastrophic personal injury cases. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience and a commitment to excellence in litigation.

Duties:

• Represent clients in various civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on defense.
• Engage in trial preparation and actively participate in courtroom proceedings.
• Draft and prepare legal briefs, motions, and other essential documents.
• Exercise sound judgment and strategic thinking in case management.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and professional work environment.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience.
• Active Colorado Bar license and residency in Colorado.
• Proven experience in trial settings is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
