Experienced Litigation Paralegal
The candidate will be keeping up-to-date notes in the case management system. Organizing and filing pleadings and case documents appropriately. Preparing (draft), editing, and filing court pleadings, via mail and/or electronically. Coordinating scheduling with experts; e.g. trial dates, the timing of reviews, due dates for RQE/CUE, etc. Calendar management. Preference will be given to those with a minimum of 1-2 years of litigation experience, working with personal injury or Maryland litigation processes. Additionally, being proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a must. We value excellent communication, attention to detail, and follow-up skills. Some experience with a case database system is helpful.
