Internal Auditor Manager

The candidate will be pulling prescribed division’s process volume for the previous week and upload to Insight to use as audit workload. Creating/updating Checklists to incorporate changes in the law, client standards, or Firm policies. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual audit summary reports for prescribed division. Meeting with division management (in-person or teleconference) on a monthly basis. Initiating CAPA’s as needed. Maintaining employees time cards and PTO and training records. Reviewing all audits for consistency, formatting and comprehensiveness. Providing coaching as necessary. Reviewing checklists for consistency, formatting and comprehensiveness. Creating and conducting trainings with Internal Audit staff as necessary. Reviewing and verify Corrective and Preventative Actions. Assist with any other special projects or training within the department as needed. Previous Management Experience is required. Should be proficient in CaseWare and/or Collection Master. Knowledge of foreclosure, collections, evictions, BK, and/or REO operations is required. Broad Knowledge of Collections practices, FDCPA Laws, the firm Polices & Procedures, Standard Operational Procedures is required.
