Rewards Senior Consultant- Global Employer Services

Duties: Apply experience in areas such as Global Pensions, Employment Tax, Global Equity, Executive Compensation, Retirement and Welfare Benefit Plan Consulting and Reporting, Transactions and (ACA) Affordable Care Act to identify and consult on tax and technical issues. Provide consultative services while exceeding expectations. Coordinate with engagement leadership to deliver the breadth of Global Employer Services to the client. Be responsible for the development and motivation of the junior members of the engagement team.
