Job Purpose

THIS ROLE WILL BE A 1-YEAR TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT. POSSIBILITY FOR EXTENSION WILL BE DISCUSSED.

The candidate will be responsible for partnering with Strategic Sourcing and Treasury to identify and partner with vendors that are appropriate for the supply chain financing program. The candidate will also be responsible for establishing reporting metrics, monitoring controls and the general administration of the program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with strategic sourcing and banking partners to evaluate potential vendors for the program.

Partner with strategic sourcing team in educating suppliers on the program.

Partner with vendors help them enroll in the program.

Work with relevant business and IT team to ensure all necessary procedures are followed.

Work with accounting and IT teams to develop metrics and monitoring controls.

Ensure project success.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 

Travel is not expected to be a routine aspect of the position. Occasional travel, as deemed necessary and appropriate, may be needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Experience in supply chain financing or financial sales is REQUIRED

Ability to analyze financial statements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees and management both inside and outside the finance department.
