The candidate will demonstrates industry expertise, researches and analyzes the current market to identify opportunities for new client acquisition, upselling existing clients, and regaining lapsed clients. Uses knowledge of Brand Protection/eControl competitive landscape to articulate the company’s point of difference when engaging with clients. Always seeks to learn. Uses data and analytics, to conduct discovery and uncover client opportunities and pain points. Positions the company’s solutions in a way that clearly addresses and solves client challenges. Builds trust thru transparency, creates strong relationships with key client stakeholders at mid to senior levels. Gains a seat at the client’s table and is viewed by them as a trusted advisor/extended arm of their team. Objectively reports on client health status and articulates plans to maintain and enhance client health over time. Secures long term revenue commitments by working with business owners to negotiate agreements that result in a win/win for both parties. Provides weekly pipeline report, and monthly/quarterly/annual sales forecasts with high levels of accuracy. Assists in establishing annual sales goals and go to market execution strategies. Collaborates effectively with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Legal SMEs go to market alignment. Communicates effectively verbally and in writing. Proactively communicates with cross functional team members to facilitate an effective sales process. Ensures all external communications are timely, persuasive and help build relationships over time. Effectively influences others by maintaining a friendly, positive, and fact-based approach thru their behaviors and interactions. Acts as a team player by working with trust and transparency across functions. Exhibits intellectual curiosity by actively seeking diverse ways of thinking and innovative ways of getting things done. Knows how to forecast the business with a high level of accuracy. Salesforce CRM experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent years of experience. Must have 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role. eCommerce experience preferred.
