Senior Analyst, Legal Contracts
Duties: Oversee the review, management and execution of such Clinical Trial Agreements for ongoing clinical programs. When needed and identified, escalate problematic terms in the site agreements to the Manager, Contracts and/or General Counsel. These agreements are largely templates utilized on a country by country basis and the knowledge of the countries’ respective insurance and other contractual requirements is critical. Ensure that contracts are consistently executed in a timely manner. Recognize and escalate to Manager, Contracts potential delays on contracts timelines Manage the internal and external work streams associated with each agreement. Draft legal correspondence related to contractual matters. Manage TOI’s legal files with particular emphasis on the organized filing of fully executed agreements. Obtains all confidentiality agreements Perform all work in a concise, accurate and organized matter. Perform other duties as required.
