The candidate will be working with the Senior Partner to determine, plan and implement effective programs to manage workflow, timelines and project deliverables. Conducting research, comparing results and crafting executive summaries to share information. Producing and proofreading presentations, slide decks and other materials. Managing corporate & personal calendars, complex travel (including international) and scheduling engagements, as well as event planning. Organizing, monitoring and maintaining all email correspondences in a timely manner. Collaborating effectively and efficiently with Legal Support Staff, Marketing & Billing departments. Answering and maintaining telephone inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Opening client files. Should have 5+ years of related experience providing executive level administrative support. Experience representing and interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization is required.
