The candidate will handle varied personal injury caseloads from inception through resolution. Will prepare pleadings and discovery requests and responses, and prepare motions as necessary in conjunction with case strategy. Able to conduct legal and medical research. Conduct Depositions, and provide client and claim professionals with analysis and recommendations in a timely manner. Communicates with Courts, Clients, Witnesses, Opposing Counsel, and Co-Defendants in a timely and professional manner. Prepare and present witnesses and evidence at Depositions, Trials, whether Bench or Jury, and in Mediation or Arbitration. Work closely with claim professionals and clients to develop a successful strategy to bring the case to a prompt, efficient, effective, and successful conclusion. Appropriate use of technology and billing system. Appropriately delegate work. Appropriate utilization of office staff.
