The candidate's responsibilities include: Document review, proofreading and editing for filing with regulatory agencies; Prior transactional legal experience; Docketing, updating case trackers, and sending service copies; Typing correspondence, memos, reports, and general forms accurately and efficiently; Maintaining filing system and document management; Assisting other legal assistants during periods of heavy workload and/or absences; Assisting with attorney time entry and billing; Processing payments for travel, reimbursements; and Other duties as assigned. Will assist attorneys who work with a variety of healthcare facilities including hospitals, health care systems and pharmacies, on a wide range of operational, transactional and regulatory matters. Will possess strong secretarial and administrative talents with 5+ years of prior legal experience. High school diploma or equivalent required; Strong organizational skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Outstanding typing, spelling, proofreading, and grammatical skills.
