Texas Health Rockwall is currently seeking a Clinical Staff Leader to join our ICU Department. The Registered Nurse will coordinate daily operations in the ICU Department while maintaining a patient care responsibilities. In addition, this position will assist the Manager of ICU with strategic planning and development, personnel management, and fiscal planning. Responsibilities include maintaining appropriate staffing levels in the ICU, coordination of staff education and development, assuring high quality patient care, and participation in quality improvement strategies. Requirements:Registered Nurse License in Texas or Compact StateAssociates Degree required - Bachelor's PreferredBLS, PALS, ACLS - CCRN Preferred 3-5 years of experience in ICU/Management experienceÂ
