Associate Business Contract Administrator - Associate Business Contract Administrator
Duties: Negotiate, develop, revise and amend of a wide variety of Intellectual Property, technology and business contracts. Assist all departments by providing guidance in contract management. Ensure contracts are in compliance with applicable state and federal laws and University policies and procedures. Contract Administration (negotiate, develop, revise and amend terms and conditions) of a wide variety of business contracts including: software licenses, software-as-a-service contracts, software development contracts, end user licenses, memorandum of understanding, affiliation agreements, license, facility use, hotel, services and clickwrap licenses. Provide coordination between the Business Contracts Office and the Purchasing Office for procurement review, the Information Security Office for data security review, and the Diversity and Community Engagement for disability accessibility review. Provide contract administration of contracts for the purchase of goods and services including service agreements, nondisclosure, interlocal, interagency, work-made-for-hire, and intellectual property rights contracts. Ensure compliance with applicable Texas and federal laws, Regents' Rules, and University policies.
