Aon is looking for a National Private Not-For-Profit Broking and Operations Leader. Do you want to develop an industry-leading team and deliver innovative and real-world solutions to get results for our clients? It will require having a passion for mentoring and supporting our regional broking leaders to achieve a high level of performance. In addition, to achieve success, you will need to engage in communication with Regional and National Leadership to implement national strategies.Trading Partner RelationshipsLead Market Relationship Management for both panel and non-panel insurers. Assist in being an internal operational essential resource on market trends, pricing practices, risk, insurance carrier appetites, capabilities, practices and other underwriting developments.Aon's ClientsWork closely with team leaders, brokers, account executives and other internal lines of business in crafting solutions and negotiating with insurers to determine structures, terms and conditions that best meet clients' exposure.Champion initiatives for human capital, IP solutions, pooled employer plans, standardized commissions and Aon Ascent and Cover-wallet adoption.Partner with regional leadership and other risk and industry practices to ensure collaboration and innovation in support of all PNP Clients.Collaborate with our professional services practice to drive broking and product consistency.Partner with the data and analytics team to provide data-driven insights and assist clients in making better decisions.Grow Aon's PNP Portfolio Work with National PNP Practice Leader to develop and drive client-centric broking strategies in the region that reduce Aon E&O exposure by promoting and using proprietary panels and facilities.Support regional AE's and production teams in sales and other campaigns to promote growth through being a leading voice in the RFP Process.Carry out the national strategy of identifying potential public company prospects and transitioning from PNP to the public company team.Build internal and external tools and processes for the Private Not-For-Profit Team to analyze the insurance marketplace and benchmark elements of clients' risk.Analyze and compare risk transfer, financing and coverage options providing comparison deliverables for internal teams and clients.Collaborate with HR concerning talent, goal setting, recruitment, onboarding, retention and conflict resolution. Implement a colleague training program to enrich colleague careers and career paths. Required Experience Ten years or more negotiating management liability insurance placements.Proven experience leading successful teams and promoting innovation across groups and regions.Established carrier relations in the private, non-profit executive liability industry with a high-level understanding of products, including liability, risk transfer and indemnification concepts.Current insurance licensure or ability to quickly acquire an insurance producer's license in all applicable states.EducationBachelor's degree or equivalent years of experienceHow we support our colleagues In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
