SQL Server Database Administrator (DBA)
The candidate is responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrades, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of all Firm SQL Servers and related databases. Additionally, the DBA is involved with the design and development of data strategies, security and privacy strategies, system monitoring, performance monitoring and tuning, and planning for future requirements. The SQL Server DBA will work on database development projects utilizing T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, PowerShell, and additional ETL technologies. Should have 4+ years of experience. Should have the ability to apply project management principles to complex development initiatives; familiarity with the Microsoft Development Toolset. Should have a solid understanding of T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and PowerShell. Should be proficient in understanding relational databases and relational database design.
