Culp Elliott & Carpenter is currently seeking an organized, detail oriented and knowledgeable paralegal to work with its dynamic tax, and trusts and estates team.  This position will provide paralegal services for high net worth clients, entrepreneurs, and business owners.  Responsibilities of this position include entity formation and documentation, drafting of wills and trusts, basic bookkeeping services, estate and trust administration, and preparing estate and gift tax returns. This is a great opportunity to work with a professional team of attorneys and CPAs who provide exceptional services to clients in all areas of income, gift and estate taxation, charitable planning, and business planning.
Competencies of the successful candidate should include a strong comfort level working with numbers, spreadsheets and financial statements. Must be able to work independently to manage and execute projects in an efficient and timely manner, while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines. Excellent proofreading, written and oral communication skills are essential for success in this position.
