The candidate will be assisting patent attorneys on patent prosecution, counseling, and litigation; draft patent applications and responses to office actions; and advise lawyers on technology issues in preparation for depositions. Specifically, key responsibilities include: preparing responses to office actions and other US Patent and Trademark (USPTO) communications; studying invention disclosures and preparing patent specification; performing prior art searches; assisting with litigation and transactional projects; and communicating with clients and foreign counsel.
