The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a client’s case including: communicating with clients and other counsel and advisers; drafting and/or reviewing documents and pleadings; filing pleadings; attending the occasional court hearing; overseeing the process of trust funding. Must be a member in good standing of The Florida Bar. Should have 5+ years’ experience in Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration. Must have strong research and writing skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel; excellent organization skills. LLM in taxation or estate planning is preferred. Experience in Elder Law and/or Real Estate Transactions is helpful.
