Spring Internship
The intern will be placed in the Environment Department. Will prepare for and participate in trials where attorneys represent the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection in its efforts to enforce the environmental laws, remediate pollution and impose civil penalties on violators of the law. An internship in this department provides a unique opportunity to partake in all phases of litigation from research and writing to document review and trial preparation. Law students are encouraged and priority will be given to more experienced students.
