Work alongside the marketing, operations, strategy, IT, and other internal teams to execute business initiatives. Create Salesforce audience reports with advanced segmentation. Use HTML/CSS to build email templates and cloud pages. Help to identify gaps in client communication and recommend solutions to contribute to overall success. Optimize journeys through analytics, feedback from stakeholders, and updates to Salesforce fields. Provide expertise on email best practices, compliance, and regulations.
