The successful candidate will be a leader in a practice specializing in Environmental site assessments and remediation services. This individual will have an entrepreneurial spirit and create a vision for growth for an Environmental Services practice while\u0026nbsp;growing their own projects, clients and team around them.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eThis position leads business development efforts, manages relationships with key clients, and\u0026nbsp;oversees\u0026nbsp;all\u0026nbsp;project tasks while mentoring the growth of younger staff. The successful candidate will have a great deal of autonomy to lead, direct, and grow their business.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eBachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Geology or related discipline.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExtensive client contacts and relationships with local and regional private and public sector clients.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProven technical expertise in Environmental Site Assessments, Compliance, Investigations and Remediation, and Hydrology.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eP.E.\u0026nbsp;or P.G. with at least 10 years of experience growing and leading an environmental practice in the Florida regional market.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eBusiness development and marketing experience including; writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to manage \u0026amp; mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner.\u003c/li\u003e
