Corporate Attorney Positions
The candidate will be representing business entities of all types, handling varied transactions for buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners in all kinds of transactional law, including mergers & acquisitions due diligence and compliance, contract drafting, forming entities, drafting corporate resolutions, performing legal research and overall legal support to the Firm’s Corporate Business & Banking group. Should have 2-5 years of relevant experience. Active member of the PA Bar in good standing is required; NJ Bar license is preferred.
