We are looking for a Restaurant General Manager who will maintain and support a positive culture for our team.
As a Manager at KFC, you will:
-Be responsible for the success of your restaurant and the performance of your team. -Monitor sales and labor performance, and must be able to adapt accordingly to changing conditions in regards to appropriate staffing and positioning. -Must influence key restaurant metrics including customer satisfaction rating, speed of service, and food cost in accordance to KFC Brand Standards.
-Build, lead and train your team to achieve the restaurant’s goals by staffing, demonstrating strong leadership abilities, setting high standards, evaluating performance, showing recognition, and taking responsibility.
-Take inventory, execute food orders, and follow projections to ensure that all menu items are hot, fresh, and available for our guests.
-Offer a positive experience for your guests by ensuring friendly customer service, maintaining a clean restaurant, and providing fresh food products. -Provide a positive experience for your team by being fair, personable, and inspiring.
We provide extensive on the job training, and do not expect you to be an expert on all things KFC before being hired. However, there are certain qualities and skills that can only be built through experience. Please be sure the below requirements describe you and your abilities.

-Have previous restaurant management experience.
-Are a licensed driver with a personal form of transportation.
-Are able to work 50 hours a week in a fast paced environment.

-Are able to build and maintain a positive culture and relationship with the staff by providing and demonstrating high expectations, being personable, and goal-orientated. -Are passionate about providing an outstanding experience for guests in the forms of friendly and efficient customer service.
