Culp Elliott & Carpenter is currently seeking an organized and detail oriented paralegal to work with our Real Estate team. This position will assist Attorneys and Senior Real Estate paralegal with the following:
Support real estate attorneys in preparation for commercial real estate transactions
Monitor deadlines, communications, due diligence, document preparation and pre-closing process
Implementation of systems to improve efficiency including closing checklists and preparing HotDocs forms
Competencies of the successful candidate should include ability to work independently; excellent proofreading, written and oral communication skills; and ability to maintain client confidentiality and a professional and courteous demeanor with clients. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office technology products and comfort with learning new software and technology is required. Knowledge of HotDocs preferred.
