The candidate will be creating and implementing data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity. Answering phones. Running errands as needed. Coordinating client intake. Assisting opening, organizing & closing files. Filling out forms. Managing calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings & networking events. Assisting with processing payments. Scanning, copying & filing. Managing email inboxes. Communicating fluently in English and Spanish, both verbally and in letters/emails. Assist the legal team with legal assistant tasks. Other administrative duties as needed. High school diploma or GED is required, some college experience is preferred. Customer service experience in the industry is preferred. Spanish skills are preferred.
