Minneapolis office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks business litigation antitrust associate attorney with 1-4 years of complex litigation and/or class action experience. The candidate will be working with the antitrust litigation team to identify and investigate potential cases. Case and client management through all stages of litigation. Opportunity for substantive litigation and trial experience. Work collegially with other members of the Antitrust Bar. A wide variety of other tasks are associated with complex antitrust litigation and trials. Antitrust litigation experience is a plus. Law journal editorial and/or federal clerkship experience preferred. Wide-ranging litigation experience helpful, including drafting motions and responses, discovery, depositions, work with experts, and trial(s). Expertise in case investigation, development, research, and management is needed. Judicial Clerkship is a plus. Bar admission in Minnesota is required. Should have strong academic credentials. Strong research and writing skills are a must. Exceptional research and writing skills and strong academic credentials are essential.
