Commercial Real Estate Associate

The candidate will be representing clients in commercial real estate transactions, including developers, investors, and lenders in acquisition and financing transactions. Strong fundamentals, including experience with or exposure to title and survey review, acquisitions and dispositions, transaction and loan document drafting and review, and zoning review. Should have 3+ years of experience. Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required. Top academic and transactional credentials and excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills are also required. Experience with affordable housing transactions is a plus. Should work well as part of a team and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.
