Duties

• Represent clients in insurance defense and commercial litigation cases, ensuring their interests are vigorously advocated.
• Handle civil litigation matters and participate in municipal prosecutions in municipal court.
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, and trials as necessary, demonstrating strong litigation skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
• Maintain thorough case files and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about their cases and potential outcomes.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of litigation experience in relevant practice areas.
• Strong understanding of insurance defense, commercial, civil, and municipal law.
• Proven ability to conduct depositions and manage courtroom proceedings.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey and in good standing.
