Duties: Serve as a key relationship builder and advisor to financial professionals, organizations, and donors in their charitable journey. Willing and able to travel as needed for meetings with donors, advisors, and organizations (Variable - Up to 30% Monthly. Business travel is currently on hold until January 2021 due to COVID-19). Inspire donors to support charities in new ways through InFaith’s suite of generosity services. Master and perform the Gift Planning subject areas and duties (e.g., working with professional advisors on charitable gift options, solutions and design; preparing materials for life-income producing gifts and accompanying tax information; preparing/leading presentations on charitable giving). Handle due diligence in acceptance of non-cash assets, such as closely-held stock and real estate, as well as review title examination reports, appraisals, and market analyses. Prepare computer illustrations, related disclosure materials, and tax packets for life-income producing gifts (charitable gift annuities and charitable trusts). Collaborate with other departments within the Foundation on marketing generosity services, including those provided for organizational endowments. Demonstrate a willingness to advance strategic goals of the Foundation. Meet or exceed strategic goals pertaining to advisor engagement and productivity, as well as endowment growth and customer satisfaction. Work collaboratively to achieve all outcomes of the strategic plan. Uphold the values, mission, and vision of the Foundation at all times.
