Paralegal - MOSIS Services Division

The candidate will support The MOSIS Services Division. Will initiate various legal documents, facilitate their execution and track them during the execution process. The typical nature of agreements are the MOSIS Customer Agreement, and various foundry IP agreements and amendments involving three or four parties. Will communicate to prospective and current customers and the 3rd party IP paralegals. Requested modifications from standard language will require multi party coordination and consensus. Obtains, assembles and organizes documents pertinent to 3rd party IP access. Organizes and manages documents in a computerized database. Provides customers with IP access IAW executed documents. Assists MOSIS management with organizing and carrying out special projects as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. Should have specialized/technical training in contract law. Should have combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education. Should have experience working with business contracts. Should have 1+ year, Combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience. Should have certification from ABA approved program/prior experience in litigation.
