Pro Tempore Faculty - Open Pool

Candidate will teach undergraduate courses in the Legal Studies program or graduate courses for the Conflict and Dispute Resolution program, a Masters degree is required; a Ph.D. or JD Degree are preferred. A JD Degree is required for candidates interested in teaching JD law courses. Must have practice and teaching experience in mediation, arbitration, negotiation, cross-cultural conflict resolution, environmental conflict resolution, international conflict resolution, facilitation, marriage and family mediation, sports conflict, restorative justice and, organizational conflict resolution. Must have proven ability in their fields of expertise. Proven teaching effectiveness will receive high priority in filling these positions. In exceptional circumstances and upon approval by the Academic Dean, extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a graduate degree.
