Customer Service Representatives (CSR) areresponsible for making outbound or taking inbound customer calls in anautomated, high volume call center environment. They are the\Beverage Expert\ for an assigned customer base. Takingreplenishment orders and selling in new products and promotions to help growthe accounts profit, revenue and/or traffic while increasing the client'svolume and profit is the primary job accountability. Cognizant thrives onimpeccable customer service. Maintaining accurate and complete customerorders is necessary. Sales experience, attention to detail, computerexperience in a Windows or web based environment, ability to multi-task,professional maturity and drive for results are key attributes for a CSR. A CSR is responsible for handling, via telephone, routine customer serviceinquiries, as well as escalation calls, related to product sales and deliveryissues. Our Sales Reps should be able to turn calls into a positiveexperience for our customers by using our best call guidelines. Inaddition, Representatives are expected to exhibit active involvement andsupport of their team. Job responsibilities include following procedureby adhering to an assigned schedule, addressing or escalating customer issuesaccording to procedure, selling our beverages to our established and newcustomers. Candidates should be able to use issue resolution andfollow-up to handle a wide variety of questions, issues, and customer serviceneeds with seamless coordination and communication with customers. 90days of training, with no time off.
