A well-established law firm in San Diego is actively seeking a dedicated Debt Finance Attorney to become an integral part of their thriving team. The ideal candidate for this position should have 3-5 years of finance experience at a comparable law firm. This role offers an exciting opportunity for legal professionals with experience in secured transactions, whether representing borrowers or lenders, and a working knowledge of various financing transactions, including syndicated financing, financing for venture-backed companies, structured finance, acquisition financing, and convertible or high-yield bond offerings.

Key responsibilities for this position include closing transactions and drafting documents in connection with financial transactions. The successful candidate should have knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, secured transactions, debt securities offerings, and general corporate law, further enhancing their ability to excel in this role.

To qualify for this position, candidates must hold a JD or the equivalent and have demonstrated high academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and a high level of attention to detail are essential qualities for this role.
