Legal Program Manager

The candidate will support privacy programs by keeping track of multiple compliance projects. Support product legal team in developing materials for business counterparts such as playbooks and repeatable legal advice. Track product legal team initiatives, such as reviewing product design documents. Help build dashboards for the product and privacy team to track project status. Help build project plans for product and privacy programs. Help track intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks and patents. Work with other members of the legal team to drive progress on cross-functional projects while looking for opportunities to improve processes to help the company scale. Communicate with partners who need to contribute to privacy and IP projects. Bachelors' degree from an accredited college. Minimum of 5 years' paralegal or program management experience, including in-house at a public company. Experience at a major law firm or in-house for a technology company. Experience using JIRA, Smartsheet, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Slides and their Microsoft alternatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including collaborating withvarious internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks in a dynamic, fast-pacedenvironment. Excellent analytical capabilities, organizational skills, and dedication to the details. Fast learner and self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work and communicate globally and across culture.
