Commercial Litigation Attorney
The candidate will assist team representing clients in commercial litigation, specifically working with financial institution clients and representing them in state, federal, and appellate actions. Must be licensed in Alabama and that license must be active and in good standing. Admitted in Tennessee or Mississippi is preferred. Should have 2-4 years of litigation experience. Experience drafting complaints, answers, motions, and other pleadings are needed. Experience participating in the development of a strategy for written and deposition discovery is needed. Federal court experience is a plus. Should have a team mindset while assisting with preparation for trials and evidentiary hearings. Excellent research and analytical skills as well as clear and concise verbal and written communication skills are needed. Should demonstrated dedication to client service.
