Job Summary

Job Description

DUTIES: Provide technical leadership within the TPX CXT Business Services department, responsible for architecting, directing, and delivering end-to-end solutions for products and services marketed to small business, mid-market, and enterprise customers; design and develop software infrastructure and architecture in support of new business features and capabilities; architect BSS/OSS systems in an Agile development environment; apply architecture governance; implement enterprise products using Carrier Ethernet, Wavelength, EoHFC, SDWAN, Cloud Connectivity; refine product requirements and design system solutions across various systems, supporting development teams with architectural direction; enable the Continuous Delivery Pipeline through appropriate design guidelines and investment advocacy; develop, analyze, split, and realize the implementation of enabler epics; define, explore, and support the implementation of enablers to evolve systems solution intent, working directly with Agile teams to implement them; define subsystems and their interfaces; ensure thorough testing and delivery of solutions; participate in Program Increment (PI) Planning and pre- and post-PI Planning, system and solution Demos, and Inspect and Adapt (I&A) events; support technology and engineering aspects of the program and solution Kanbans; and guide and mentor junior-level engineers.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and seven (7) years of experience architecting BSS/OSS systems in an Agile development environment; and applying architecture governance; of which five (5) years includes working with Carrier Ethernet, Wavelength, EoHFC, SDWAN, Cloud Connectivity. In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, employer will accept an additional two (2) years of experience architecting BSS/OSS systems in an Agile development environment.
