Director, Ethics and Compliance
The candidate will lead the Global Compliance Center of Excellence team to develop and document key processes, implement technology solutions, and promote best compliance practices to improve the underlying structures of the compliance program. Implement a compliance risk assessment framework and methodology to be adopted by compliance business partners globally to proactively detect and track compliance risks. Develop a compliance data strategy that identifies data sets, technology, processes, and people needed to support a global data-driven compliance program. Design, validate and implement a repository of standard or custom reports and dashboards that facilitate the development, monitoring and evaluation of our programs. Create content including reports/dashboards for compliance committee meetings, board meetings, and other internal or external reporting as needed. Collaborate with the Ethics and Compliance Department staff, and other departments, including Legal, Internal Audit, Human Resources, and others, to respond to alleged compliance issues or regulatory violations and ensure remediation plans are implemented where warranted. Provide guidance to the company’s subsidiaries as a subject matter expert on various laws and regulations and company ethical standards, including but not limited to Federal and State Anti-Kick Back Statutes, False Claims Act, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, Federal and State Transparency Laws, and Business Conduct. Proactively research and stay informed on new regulations, laws, and policies that govern our industry and companies, and work to develop others into becoming subject matter experts in our respective areas of responsibility. Create and provide relevant compliance training to corporate functions and operational teams. Develop and implement a team culture that encourages accountability, collaboration, and flexibility.
