Contract Administrator
Duties: Responsibility for administration of 200+ active contracts for several corporate entities. Create and distribute contract process documents to managers. Review proposals/quotes submitted by managers and write scope of work descriptions. Draft or adapt contracts/change orders based on approved templates. Secure tax & insurance documentation from vendors/contractors. Enter contract data into contract tracking database. Channel contracts for review by legal, execution by contractor and final distribution. Manage contract legal files and database, including network contract files and documents to be available for manager/staff reference. Maintain contract status spreadsheet. Review vendors’ Certificates of Insurance for compliance with Company’s requirements. Log Certificate of Insurance expirations and send notifications to vendors.
