HS or GED and one year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Grade NC. Wage Minimum $14.75/hr. 

This is a part-time position.

The Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking to fill a Program Assistant, Sr. position which will be responsible for coordinating the establishment and continued monitoring of service outcomes related to the Ryan White Part C/D Program Services. The Program Assistant, Sr. will process and ensure accuracy of data entry into Provide Enterprise (PE) System for all Ryan White Part C/D clients which are vital to be reported to HRSA. This position will be responsible for management of patient lab data and following up with linkage and quality management data flow.  The Program Assistant, Sr. will work with student data support to ensure updates are maintained for the purpose of program annual report generation and community survey distribution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure patient lab updates, Gap performance measure, patient appointment and adherence data, patient eligibility data all in Provide Enterprise Database system are performed with accuracy.
• Report issues and ideas to supervisor and maintain a safe work environment.
• Correct errors and organize information in a timely manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
• Provide management team with ongoing feedback regarding data quality issues and areas of development.
• Rotate between multiple job functions with minimal direction and perform independently as well as having consistent communications with the data team Leads and student support to ensure data integrity. 6.)  Assist Data supervisors and other data team members, and function as backup in their absence.
• Assists with data entry student support assistant training and performs as resource person for new team-members.
• Other duties as assigned.
